TERMS AND CONDITIONS
-Terms are accepted upon usage of the service.
-Maintenance Porter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, Maintenance Porter grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable ability to use the service
-Maintenance Porter LLCs standard price for a day of service (8 hours) covers payment for the Maintenance Porter’s providing of service and overheads. This price does NOT cover any incidentals. All extra materials shall be at the expense of the Client.
-The service is a daily-rated job. Maintenance Porter aims to accomplish all that it can within that day. If a project takes longer than the timeframe scheduled, the client will need to schedule more service dates to finish.
-The Client will pay the standard set service price, regardless of how much work the client has for the Maintenance Porter. If the Client chooses to discharge Maintenance Porter from the premises, the Client is still responsible for paying the full day rate.
-Any and all grievances or serious concerns should be directed to the company directly, not the Maintenance Porter technician on the premises.
-If the Maintenance Porter technician feels unsafe or in danger in any way, they have the right to leave the Clients premises and the Client may not be eligible for a refund.
-Maintenance Porter LLC. agrees to fix everything to the best of their ability. Before leaving the premises, the assigned Maintenance Porter shall verify that everything is working properly and intact. If something breaks after the departure of your Maintenance Porter, it is NOT the responsibility of Maintenance Porter LLC to come and fix the item free of charge. If the Client desires that Maintenance Porter LLC come back and fix the issue then the Client must pay for another day of service or the appropriate charges.
-Your Maintenance Porter will communicate at the time of handing over the premises to the Client if anything needs to be replaced or requires a detailed fix. If the Client chooses to fix anything independently, then the Client will be held responsible for any misappropriations that may occur.
-The Client is bound to provide access to Maintenance Porter of any such place, and the Client shall do all necessary cooperation to get the work done.
-If any desired maintenance work goes out of order/adjustment after being adjusted/fixed is the Client's responsibility; Maintenance Porter LLC shall not be held responsible for any such misappropriations.
-The Client is responsible for and Maintenance Porter LLC shall not be liable for any losses, costs, or damages suffered, whether direct or indirect, as a result of any downtime incurred by the Client while the premises are being maintained
-Maintenance Porter LLC decides upon any authorized personnel to work at the premises, and it may be at the discretion of Maintenance Porter LLC without any consent of Client.
-It is not the responsibility of the Maintenance Porter to lock up any premises if the Client is not on the premises at the time of departure.
-Pets are not allowed to be kept in areas where any Maintenance Porter is performing their job. This is to ensure the safety of the technicians and the animals. They can still be on the premises.
-All of the time dedicated to maintaining the home of the Client is billable to the Client. This includes necessary trips off of client premises to get tools/supplies.
-All materials purchased by Maintenance Porter LLC. to complete any and all tasks will be billed to the client with a 30% surcharge.
-Itemized material lists are only available by request.
-Invoices are due upon completion of each scheduled service date.
-The person or party that booked the service is responsible for payment upon completion.
-Please be advised that we will charge 1.5% interest per month on late invoices.

This agreement can only be changed or modified, or extendable through Maintenance Porter LLC.
